RevSignals ("RevSignals", "we", "us", or "our") is a sales pipeline visibility product. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your data when you use the RevSignals service at revsignals.app and related products (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you create an account, book a demo, or contact us, we collect information such as your name, work email address, company name, role, and any messages you send us.
Information from connected services
When you connect your CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) to RevSignals, we access and process data from your CRM in order to provide the Service. This includes deal records, contact and company records, activity history, pipelines, owners, and related metadata. We access this data through the official CRM APIs using OAuth credentials you authorize.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Service, we automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure usage of the Service.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service
- Compute the analytics, insights, and views shown to you in RevSignals
- Authenticate you and secure your account
- Communicate with you about the Service, including updates, security notices, and support
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your CRM data to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent.
3. How we share your information
We share information only as described below:
- Service providers and subprocessors. We use trusted vendors to host infrastructure, send transactional email, monitor errors, and process payments. These vendors only receive the data they need to perform their function and are contractually bound to protect it.
- Within your organization. Data you submit or connect to RevSignals is visible to authorized users from your company who have access to your account.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers. If RevSignals is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you before this happens.
4. Data retention
We retain account information for as long as your account is active. CRM data synced from your connected CRM is cached for the duration of your subscription and deleted within 30 days of account termination, unless we are required to retain it for legal or accounting reasons. You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing us.
5. Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under laws like the GDPR (EU/UK) or CCPA (California), including the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email us at privacy@revsignals.app. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
7. International data transfers
RevSignals is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the US. We rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, where required.
8. Children
RevSignals is a B2B product not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent changes.
