These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RevSignals service at revsignals.app and related products (the "Service") operated by RevSignals ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
RevSignals is a sales pipeline visibility product that connects to your CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) and provides analytics, insights, and reporting based on the data you authorize us to access. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, and keep that information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You may only use the Service if you are authorized to bind your organization to these Terms and to grant us access to your CRM data.

Pricing for the Service is shown on our pricing page. Design partner pricing is offered to a limited number of early customers and may be subject to additional terms communicated at signup. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
We may change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will not apply to a current paid billing period.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to RevSignals or that we access through your connected CRM ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide the Service to you. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share Customer Data with us, including any consent or notice required from individuals whose data appears in your CRM.
Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information with the same care it uses for its own confidential information, and not less than a reasonable standard of care. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed, or rightfully received from a third party.
RevSignals, including all software, designs, and content (excluding Customer Data), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. We retain all other rights.
We aim to keep the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance will be communicated where practical. Support is provided by email and, for design partners, through a direct channel agreed at signup.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service will meet your specific business needs. Insights and forecasts generated by RevSignals are decision-support tools, not financial advice or guaranteed outcomes.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. EACH PARTY'S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend and indemnify RevSignals against claims arising from your violation of these Terms, your Customer Data, or your use of the Service in violation of applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms or fail to pay fees when due. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will delete your Customer Data within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
